Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Associate at Tech Mahindra, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Record and track customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed about product updates and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency; prior customer service experience is an advantage.
